Everyone's' life is their own work of art. It is composed of a variety of experiences – a mix of joyful times and challenges - and I enjoy learning about others' personal path. My goal is to help individuals of all ages use their strengths and develop inner resources to create the life they want. I am a clinical psychologist and art therapist, dedicated to helping children, teens and adults manage emotional stress due to mental health issues, physical illness, family circumstances, trauma, and grief. I use a collaborative process to identify healthy coping strategies that fit for you. In addition to my clinical background, I have experience using and researching evidence based treatments to improve care and am committed to educating the public with reliable, reasonable and practical information.
